The fleet of Albar Europcar includes about 40,000 vehicles in Israel. The company does not guarantee the provision of a specific vehicle model, but only the vehicle class. All vehicles listed below are merely examples. The company reserves the right to provide a similar vehicle of the same class or a higher class.

I have booked a car, but have not received a confirmation via email
If you have not received a confirmation email within a few hours after your booking, please check your spam folder. If the email is not found there, please contact our support.
I have placed an order and would like to make changes
If you would like to make changes to your order, please contact customer service at +972-52-3414669 or use the contact form on the website. Please provide your order number and the identification details specified in the order confirmation. Before contacting customer service, please read the conditions for change requests.

How can I cancel an order? Are there any costs involved?
A cancellation request can be submitted via the form on the website. It is important to carefully review the cancellation terms before cancelling. In urgent cases, you can contact customer service at +972-52-3414669.
I want to extend the rental period. Do I need to return to the rental office for that?
Since the rental payment is made upon the return of the vehicle, you can easily extend the rental period at any time. To do so, contact us by phone at +972-523424669, send a message via WhatsApp, or write to us through social networks such as Facebook and VKontakte.
Can I rent a car at one location and return it at another?
You can pick up and return a car at one of the 28 rental locations in 23 cities in Israel without any additional fees, except for Eilat. The following fees apply for returns in Eilat:
1–2 rental days – $200
From the third rental day – free of charge.

What documents are required to rent a vehicle?
To sign the contract and pick up the vehicle, you will need:
1. An international driving license (at least 1 year of driving experience).
2. A passport.
3. A credit card in your name (accepted cards: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Diners).
4. An entry card with a B2 visa (obtained at passport control in Israel) to be exempt from VAT.
Can I rent a car with a Russian driver's license?
Yes, you can easily rent a car in Israel with a Russian driver's license or the licenses of most CIS countries. However, make sure before your trip that your driver's license is internationally recognized.
What is the security deposit?
When picking up a vehicle at one of the 28 Europcar branches in Israel, a security deposit will be blocked on your credit card. The amount of the deposit depends on the vehicle category (minimum $750). Payment for the vehicle rental is made upon return of the vehicle. The deposit may remain blocked for up to 30 days. Release depends on your bank.

What should I do in case of a flight delay?
It is best to contact us so that we can adjust your booking accordingly. Outside the peak season, your booking will be held for up to 24 hours after the scheduled pickup time. During the peak season (holidays), the company reserves the right to cancel your booking after 2 hours without pickup.
