VAT (Value Added Tax): Holders of an Israeli passport, including dual citizens, are legally required to pay VAT. Only tourists with a B2 or B3 visa are exempt.
Important: The visa must be presented at the rental desk to confirm the exemption.
Airport Fee: A one-time fee of $39.00 is charged for picking up or returning a vehicle at Ben Gurion Airport.

Payment and Card Conditions:

Registration and Deposit:
A physical credit or debit card issued in the driver’s name (as shown on the card) is required to rent a vehicle. A deposit will be temporarily blocked on the card upon vehicle pickup. This deposit will be automatically released within three business days after returning the vehicle. Please note that the release process may take longer for debit cards.

Rental Payment:
Payment is made upon returning the vehicle. Accepted payment methods include cash (only in Shekels) or credit/debit cards.

Detailed Card Requirements:
Cardholder: The card must be issued in the driver's name.
Debit and Credit Cards: Debit cards must be issued by a foreign bank. Credit cards from Israeli banks are accepted without restrictions.
Card Design: The card must have embossed numbers. Cards labeled "Debit" are not accepted.

One-Way Rentals: Free between all locations except for trips to or from Eilat:
1-2 days: $200.00; 3 days or more: Free.

Damage and Theft Protection (CDW/LDW & TP): Covers vehicle damages except for the deductible, which varies by vehicle type ($500.00-$1,000.00). Tires, roof, windshield, and undercarriage are not covered.

Super CDW: Optional, reducing the deductible to zero. Applicable only in combination with CDW/LDW & TP. Tires, windshield, and roof remain excluded.
Super TP: Optional, reducing the theft deductible to zero. Only available with CDW/LDW & TP.

Third-Party Liability Insurance (3PLC): Required for customers declining CDW/LDW & TP coverage and relying on credit card protection.
Important: Proof from the credit card company is required to confirm sufficient coverage. Maximum security deposit equals the vehicle’s value.

Delivery & Pickup:
Up to 15 km: $15.00
Up to 30 km: $25.00
Over 50 km: $40.00

Vehicle Models: Displayed models are examples; similar models may be provided.

Minimum Rental Duration: 24 hours.
Late Returns: 1 hour or more: 1/3 of the daily rate. 3 hours or more: An additional day is charged.

Vehicle Usage: Full responsibility lies with the renter. All additional drivers must be registered.
Crossing Israeli borders and/or entering Palestinian territories is strictly prohibited.

Fuel: The vehicle is provided with a full tank; it is recommended to return it full. Missing fuel will incur a 30% service fee.

Early Return: Returning the vehicle before the scheduled date will be charged according to the applicable rate.

Fines & Fees: Unpaid tickets and tolls will incur an additional handling fee of 50 ILS.

Cancellations: At least 24 hours before pickup. For 7-9 seat vehicles: 48 hours. No cancellation results in a daily charge.

Minimum Age & Requirements:
Groups B, Q, C, D, E: Minimum age 21, license for at least 1 year (+additional fee).
Groups F, FX, I, IW, H, M, MH, J, T: Minimum age 21, license for at least 1 year (+additional fee).
Groups K, R, O, U, V, V8, Y, Z: Minimum age 25, license for at least 1 year.
Groups P, W: Minimum age 28, license for at least 5 years.

Additional Driver: $4.00 per day.
Child Seats: $5.00 per day.
Navigation System: $15.00 per day (includes phone & Wi-Fi).
Road-safe Assistance: $4.00 per day.
VIP Service: $10.00 (Fast return at Ben Gurion Airport).
Payment Methods: Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Diners (must be in the renter's name).
